PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR SPECIAL LAND USE REQUEST: WEDNESDAY, MAY 15, 2024
The Planning Commission prepares a Master Plan for existing and future land uses within the City; develops a Zoning Ordinance to implement the Master Plan, reviews change of land use requests, site plans and related approvals for development, and/or change of occupancy; and assists with the development of a Capital Improvements Plan. Planning Commissioners are appointed by City Council.
Planning Commission meets the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers located on the lower level of the Mill Building at 201 N. Main Street, Linden, Michigan, 48451.
