The City of Linden Planning Commission meeting that was scheduled for Monday, June 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to be held within the Loose Senior Center located at 707 North Bridge Street, Linden MI 48451, has been canceled due to lack of quorum. 



NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REQUEST FOR REZONING: JUNE 2, 2025-CANCELED

The Planning Commission prepares a Master Plan for existing and future land uses within the City; develops a Zoning Ordinance to implement the Master Plan, reviews change of land use requests, site plans and related approvals for development, and/or change of occupancy; and assists with the development of a Capital Improvements Plan. Planning Commissioners are appointed by City Council.

Planning Commission meets the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (unless a Holiday conflicts) at The Loose Center located at 707 North Bridge Street, Linden, Michigan, 48451.
